Grit Overall Athlete

Grit Overall Athlete sessions are designed to bring out the best in athletes.  Each 45-60 minute session is dedicated in helping athletes increase their speed, agility, power and strength, so that when game time comes, they are ready to out-perform their competition. 

Grit sessions are designed to push your athlete to the next level.  Participants will be provided with their own Grith Athletic Training Sheets to record their performance, and each Grit session will look back at past statistics, letting trainers know how to best challenge athletes toward bigger and better results.

Grit Overall Athlete sessions are perfect for both single-sport athletes and those who participate in multiple sports.  Everything done in these sessions are to bring the athlete to the next level.

Grit Sprint Training

If you are a serious sprinter, Grit Athletic Training will give you the knowledge and personal training necessary to improve your technique in each phase: start, acceleration, peak endurance, and finish phase. Our team of professional trainers will use laser timers for each of these phases and exercises/drills in order to help you crush your goals.

Grit Sprint Training sessions can also help the overall athlete by training participants to improve in both speed and agility.  Aside from producing highest-level sprinters, these drills are designed to improve athletic performance in general and will carry over to other sports that each athlete participates in.

Grit Sprint Training sessions will help in these sports (and more): Football, Track, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Tennis, Wrestling.

Grit Personal Athletic Training

Our mission at Grit Athletic Training is to help athletes out-perform their competition.  Using a Grit Personal Athletic Trainer to assist in designing personalized workouts, drills and sessions will help athletes achieve their goals. Our team will work with athletes in setting goals to better themselves in football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, track, soccer, tennis, rugby, cross country, softball and more.
