I ran track in Junior High School and have just begun my high school track career. I wanted to increase my ability and my competitive edge this year. So, I figured I would participate in Grit Athletic Training. Mark Noorlander evaluated me and helped me identify what I needed to work on to improve my performance. He helped me develop better form. I learned how to get out of the blocks more explosively. He helped me develop the strength and endurance to keep the throttle down for the whole race and have gas in the tank for that last kick.
He is very knowledgeable and has the ability and the equipment to help anyone become a better athlete. I highly recommend Grit Athletic Training to help you consistently raise the bar on your personal best.
